Atty. Erica Stoltz
Erica Stoltz has practiced exclusively family law with Peckerman, Klein and Van Kirk, LLP since 2017. She is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Erica graduated from the University of Wisconsin -Milwaukee in 2010 with a degree in Education and worked as a high school English teacher before obtaining her law degree. Erica attended Marquette University Law School, graduating in May 2017, cum laude, with an additional certificate in Litigation Practice. During law school, Erica was a member of the Marquette Law Review. She also received a CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in her family law class.
By far the most rewarding aspect of her time in law school was her volunteer work with Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics, where she completed over 120 hours of service, served on the Student Advisory Board for the Clinics, and was inducted into the Law School’s Pro Bono Honor Society in recognition of her achievements.
A southeastern Wisconsin native all of her life, Erica has resided in West Bend with her husband and three children for the last decade.
